Our approach enables a property's investment or use potential to be initially commercially assessed and, if suitable, broad terms and conditions determined. Preliminary financial, legal and physical due diligence can then be undertaken to further negotiations prior to full due diligence work is commenced. 

This service includes the preparation of acquisition strategies and the coordination of relevant consultants during preliminary due diligence.
