System Design

System design commences with the gathering of information in relation to the client’s current system, including all equipment. A detailed brief is then taken in relation to future demands and expectations of IT and communications infrastructure to enable the commencement of preliminary cost planning. 

The relationship between approved cost plans and the desired IT and communications solution is paramount in the design and documentation processes.

Implementation Management

Following the completion of system design all documentation and specifications are developed for  competitive market pricing and further input from selected suppliers, consultants and installers. The finalization of contracts and selection of preferred sub-contractors and suppliers is undertaken within  predetermined risk parameters, cost plan and programme. 

Final pricing, supply confirmation, responsibilities and warrantees are obtained from all parties and  contractual arrangements completed. The co-ordination of all contracted companies through to cut over,  completion of installation, testing and commissioning is then undertake during this stage.

Compliance Documentation

Following completion, all suppliers, consultants and installers are required to provide full compliance documentation in accordance with the design. This protects the system during the warrantee period and ensures that all statutory authority inspections are passed.

Post Contract Services

Support is provided in relation to the project package as follows: 

  • Defects liability period

  • Manage warrantees 

  • Manage retention withheld for defects liability period

Post Completion Services

On completion of a project, Corporate Property Technology will discuss with our client ongoing management services and associated fees with specific focus on tailored solutions or established maintenance services.
