In addition, sophisticated visualization techniques are frequently utilized for design presentations allowing clients the opportunity to see the end product in virtual format before detailed design documentation has commenced.
We offer a total project management service, ranging from development feasibility and site acquisition, preparation of design briefs and contract documentation, through to site superintendence, handover and commissioning.

CONTROL OF YOUR PROJECT
Our commitment to you is that we will represent your interests by providing pre-construction, tendering, and site supervision services to the end of your construction project on a fixed-fee basis where construction costs are known. Acting as your construction services manager, we will guide you through the construction process. As the client, you will retain control and can be as involved or removed from the construction process as you feel comfortable while we handle, the day-to-day management associated with construction implementation.

FIXED FEE
Acting as your construction services manager, we provide our services for a fixed fee based upon the expertise necessary to successfully implement your project, rather than a percentage of the final contract value.
