Cost planning and financial analysis is fully automated (TimberLine), as is production of designs and contract documentation (AutoCAD) across ten optimally configured graphic workstations. In addition, sophisticated visualization techniques are frequently utilized for design presentations allowing clients the opportunity to see the end product in virtual format before detailed design documentation has commenced. 

We offer a total project management service, ranging from development feasibility and site  acquisition, preparation of design briefs and contract documentation, through to site superintendence, handover and commissioning.

CONTROL OF YOUR PROJECT

Our commitment to you is that we will represent your interests by providing pre-construction, tendering, and site supervision services to the end of your construction project on a fixed-fee basis where construction costs are known. Acting as your construction services manager, we will guide you through the construction process. As the client, you will retain control and can be as involved or removed from the construction process as you feel comfortable while we handle, the day-to-day management associated with construction implementation.

ADDING VALUE TO THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

We provide you with a strong team of seasoned construction  professionals who will lead you through construction strategy and planning development followed by the delivery of the project scope of work. Our services team adds value by:

FIXED FEE

Acting as your construction services manager, we provide our services for a fixed fee based upon the expertise necessary to successfully implement your project, rather than a percentage of the final contract value. Our fee is fixed at the beginning of the project, providing you with cost certainty when procuring our services. For more information about our construction services, please contact us.
